Wow! I consider ourselves lucky to have called this company when our water heater broke and we woke up to water pouring out of our garage on a Sunday morning. They returned my call immediately and arranged for a technician to come to our house. He ...couldn’t come till 5:00 as he was finishing other emergency jobs. But Julian was incredible. He was polite, very informative, and obviously highly skilled and expert in his work. When he finished a little after 10 PM, we had a beautifully installed and setup new water heater and he reviewed it’s features, answered all our questions. Five stars to this company and Julian. James was awesome, he was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. I would totally recommend him and this company. This was are second time getting a water heater with this company.
Water heater repair. Gave me choices, including checking manufacture for warranty on part. Straight shooter. Repair completed that day and I had hot water again
